I would like to wish Hoylake's best bar by far a Happy Second Birthday. I just hope there are loads more to come. Well done to Phil Kate and the other staff for making it one of the best attractions in Hoylake.

Kate and Phil have made Vanilla a real 'local'. They work very hard to accommodate different tastes and a variety of entertainment. The food is excellent cooked by Phil, who also knows his 'single malts'Kate is a lovely hostess and a friend to many who take the time to get to know her. The customers are generally friendly and it's easy to join in with whatever is going on. They are very keen to support community ventures and even allow Poets to express their genius on 'Open Mike' Nights! There are many choices in Hoylake for a evening out, but Vanilla have something special. |

Every time I go in Vanilla I'm always great with a smile from Kate and Phil. Drinks are very competitively priced and the food is excellent value for money – with most mains being under £5 and great portions as well.Don't miss out – its fantastic any day or night (I really like the Sunday night music: Xebra are out of this world). |
