Amazing Lyfe is a Hoylake-based enterprise (soon to become a Social Enterprise) run by Hara Willow. It runs courses, workshops, training days, yoga classes and school projects to facilitate and support people in creative ways, promote wellbeing and deeper, more meaningful, ways of living and working. Using psychological tools, yoga, dance, expressive arts, music and other means, Amazing Lyfe helps participants to learn to really know, understand and accept themselves, to de-stress, relax and blossom, so they can reach their full potential.
Amazing Lyfe runs Amazing Lyfe Projects in schools; Deeper Lyfe Workshops for adults; and Transformational Yoga, mindfulness and chanting classes for everyone. It also works with Transition Town West Kirby, the NHS, Big Issue vendors and offers private sessions to individuals based on Wirral.
